Shipping & Handling

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with packaging taking an additional 2-5 business days. Please note that packaging time is separate from shipping duration. I take great care to securely package each item, using sustainable materials whenever possible. To minimize waste, I may reuse packaging materials, and I encourage you to do the same.

I am based in Noosa, QLD, Australia, and offer free local pickup. Please note that if you opt for pickup, your item(s) may not be packaged as thoroughly as they would be for shipping.

All shipping and packaging costs are the buyer's responsibility. For custom and wholesale orders, shipping fees will be provided upon inquiry. International orders may incur additional duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. I am not liable for delays, lost items, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Product Terms

Each piece is handmade in my home studio, meaning variations in texture, shape, color, and size are natural and to be expected. Every item is one-of-a-kind due to the unique properties of the clay and the firing process. As a result, no two pieces are identical or replicable.

Please avoid exposing the items to oils or liquids that could damage the surface. Keep water away, and if necessary, gently clean the surface with a dry cloth. These pieces are intended for decorative purposes only and should be handled with clean, dry hands or a cloth.

Production Terms

A 50% deposit is required for all custom and wholesale orders. Production will begin once payment is received. The turnaround time for custom and wholesale orders depends on the complexity of the project. An estimated timeline will be provided upon inquiry.

Payment Method

Payments are only accepted through bank transfer for custom and wholesale orders. Payment will be taken out via 'Stripe' and PayPal.

Returns

Please choose carefully as refunds are not available for change of mind or custom-made items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. Damaged items cannot be replaced if not reported within this timeframe.

Care Instructions

Sculptures, lamps and objects are made of a durable stoneware though each is still susceptible to breakage if mishandled.

If you need to clean any of your pieces, we recommend hand washing with a clear soap warm water and use clean dry cloth to dry.
